I think it should be upto the artist if its used and always disclosed in some way if AI is used as its not entirely ethical to use it without the artists permission.

The thing that bothers me about this explanation is you're using the ultramaximizer in a way that makes the signal weak. You are lowering the signal and the threshold at the same time. You're squashing the signal and lowering it in db at the same time. Now take the ceiling and bring it to -1 db then lower your threshold and you get a stronger signal. The way you're demonstrating it seems like you're searching for where the signal gets squashed. That's the only way I've seen it used like that but after they raise the ceiling to push the level hotter.

Just let me know when humans are no longer needed. I mean what the point in doing anything. Artists no longer need to create anything since AI is doing everything and I’m pretty sure the industry leaders will just use AI to sell music and pocket all the profits.

i've used this before, its good for layering , and i've also used another program and trained my voice with a different voice model which is prettycool and other programs give you the option to blend two voice models together

this is so misleading. The sample used to create Ragnar's parts already sounded good and metalish so ofcourse that's what you get. As soon as you sing out of tune of terrible and use these as samples you'll get absolute shit for results.

The video itself is good, but I find the way it is explained to be far too stressful and the mouse movement (<- I see this again and again with people when they present something) is far too fast, far too hasty. It is not fun to watch because, to be honest, it makes no sense at all. It would be better (as a tip) to simply cut the most important passages together without any commentary in order to EFFECTIVELY present the AI. Nothing more.

I see how this can be awesome for making demos. Does that mean you can record your screaming vocals in a normal speaking voice at say… 2:00 am and not freak out the neighbors and I can demo songs? In another words, do you mix right from the start, so you don't play around "salto mortale game" with M/S that will destroy your mix density and coherence (glue if you want) reversing your mix in to "amateur down to earth" sounding again. it's a 90% sales gimmick ... It's used only for reparing really bad mixes (you have no other choice - the stereo track is all you have) and similar stuff. It looks logical to use it and easy - you have an instant results (mirage) but it's counterintuitive thing ... Wait for a day or two and listen again = crap in 90% cases. :))
